Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The product must be unused,<\/strong>, unopened<\/strong> and in its original packaging.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The product must be returned in the same condition as when received.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 For food or cosmetic products, returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened<\/strong>, for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is an error on our part or the product is damaged or defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defective Products or Order Errors<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, we will cover all costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong>of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
